Au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 23 avril 2017 dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Emmanuel MACRON est arrivé en tête avec 26,28 % des suffrages exprimés, devant Jean-Luc MÉLENCHON (19,92 %) et François FILLON (18,16 %), selon le ministère de l'Intérieur.

405 021 électeurs ont voté dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques sur 502 378 inscrits, soit une participation de 80,62 % au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 23 avril 2017.

La participation dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques au 1er tour de la présidentielle 2017 (80,62 %) est supérieure de 2,85 points à celle de la France entière (77,77 %) et supérieure de 0,16 point à celle de Nouvelle-Aquitaine (80,46 %).
