Au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 10 avril 2022 dans la Manche, Emmanuel MACRON est arrivé en tête avec 32,57 % des suffrages exprimés, devant Marine LE PEN (24,53 %) et Jean-Luc MÉLENCHON (16,50 %), selon le ministère de l'Intérieur.
La participation dans la Manche au 1er tour de la présidentielle 2022 (75,70 %) est supérieure de 2,01 points à celle de la France entière (73,69 %) et supérieure de 0,18 point à celle de Normandie (75,52 %).
Depuis la présidentielle 2017, la participation dans la Manche est passée de 81,48 % à 75,70 % (−5,78 points), contre −4,08 points en France entière.
