L'essentiel
Au 1er tour des élections municipales du 23 mars 2014, parmi les 7 625 communes de 1 000 inscrits et plus, la participation qui s'écarte le plus au-dessus de celle des communes de la même strate de sa région est celle de Campagne-lès-Hesdin (90,27 %, contre 69,52 %, soit +20,75 points).
Seules la participation et la part des votes blancs et nuls sont comparées, jamais les scores des candidats, des listes ou des partis.
Méthode. Pour chaque commune de 1 000 inscrits et plus, écart en points entre sa participation (ou sa part de votes blancs et nuls parmi les votants, seulement dans les communes de 500 votants et plus) et le taux agrégé des communes de la même strate de population de sa région, au 1er tour, calculé à partir des valeurs affichées. Données signalées exclues. Aucune comparaison des scores des candidats, des listes ou des partis.
