L'essentiel
Au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 10 avril 2022 en Ariège, Jean-Luc MÉLENCHON est arrivé en tête avec 26,07 % des suffrages exprimés, devant Marine LE PEN (23,94 %) et Emmanuel MACRON (19,71 %), selon le ministère de l'Intérieur.
La participation en Ariège au 1er tour de la présidentielle 2022 (78,97 %) est supérieure de 5,28 points à celle de la France entière (73,69 %) et supérieure de 0,72 point à celle d'Occitanie (78,25 %).
Depuis la présidentielle 2017, la participation en Ariège est passée de 81,78 % à 78,97 % (−2,81 points), contre −4,08 points en France entière.
L'Ariège se classe 14e sur 101 départements pour la participation au 1er tour de la présidentielle 2022, et 7e sur 13 dans sa région.
