Au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 10 avril 2022 dans le Lot-et-Garonne, Marine LE PEN est arrivée en tête avec 27,32 % des suffrages exprimés, devant Emmanuel MACRON (23,12 %) et Jean-Luc MÉLENCHON (18,49 %), selon le ministère de l'Intérieur.
La participation dans le Lot-et-Garonne au 1er tour de la présidentielle 2022 (78,07 %) est supérieure de 4,38 points à celle de la France entière (73,69 %) et inférieure de 0,36 point à celle de Nouvelle-Aquitaine (78,43 %).
Depuis la présidentielle 2017, la participation dans le Lot-et-Garonne est passée de 80,57 % à 78,07 % (−2,50 points), contre −4,08 points en France entière.
