Au 1er tour des élections législatives du 30 juin 2024 dans la 5e circonscription du Finistère, Graziella MELCHIOR est arrivée en tête avec 30,30 % des suffrages exprimés, devant Gladys GRELAUD (27,22 %) et Renée THOMAÏDIS (26,53 %), selon le ministère de l'Intérieur.
