Au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 10 avril 2022 en Saône-et-Loire, Emmanuel MACRON est arrivé en tête avec 27,61 % des suffrages exprimés, devant Marine LE PEN (27,39 %) et Jean-Luc MÉLENCHON (17,49 %), selon le ministère de l'Intérieur.

307 623 électeurs ont voté en Saône-et-Loire sur 402 992 inscrits, soit une participation de 76,33 % au 1er tour de l'élection présidentielle du 10 avril 2022.
